Advertisements Terms & Conditions Confirmed bookings on front and back pages cannot be cancelled Confirmed bookings on inside pages cannot be cancelled at the same day of printing. All bookings and cancellations should be forwarded in writing. If the films do not reach Al-Anbaa booking department, utmost 4:00 pm at the same day of printing, the advertising agency will be considered responsible and the AD will be charged although it is not published. Al-Anbaa Newspaper will not accept to collect films from another newspaper. In case the advertising agency insists on using films from another newspaper, Al-Anbaa will not be considered responsible for any mistakes that might occur in the AD. Al-Anbaa reserves the right to decline any advertisement not deemed suitable for print, Advertisers and their agencies shall assure full responsibility for advertisement copy and content. Loose Inserts Terms & Conditions The cost of distribution do not include printing cost or other services The loose insert distribution is subject to a prior approval from Al-Anbaa Newspaper marketing management; otherwise, Al-Anbaa Newspaper has the right to refuse distributing the flyer / brochure and you would have the responsibility, in case the flyer, brochure, promotional magazine does not suit Kuwaiti laws and traditions. In any case Al-Anbaa Newspaper is not responsible financially and juridically for distributing any kind of loose inserts, and especially for the contents of promotional magazines. The loose inserts should be delivered to Al-Anbaa premises two working days prior to the distribution date; otherwise Al-Anbaa Newspaper has the right to refuse distributing the flyer / brochure / promotional magazine, and you will be charged the total cost although the flyer / brochure is not distributed. Cancellation for booked distribution is not accepted for any reason and circumstances, or else you will be charged 50% of the total cost as an indemnity. Al-Anbaa Newspaper has the right to distribute along with the same issue others flyers / brochures having different subjects, activities and for non-competitors. Unmentioned details in the above loose inserts rate and in the terms and conditions are subject to negotiation with Al-Anbaa marketing management.
